TRAINING

What is specific to each training, regardless of the theme?

  • We’ll learn from research and from proven best practices.
  • We’ll learn from inner reflection, from interaction and by doing/experiencing.
  • We’ll pay attention to having fun and working in a climate of appraisal. 

When offering trainings, I love to work on three themes mainly:                         growing more respect for yourself, for the other party and for our society/planet.

    Growing yourself                                                                                                                 We’ll develop more respect for ourselves with trainings on topics, such as: 

  • self-knowledge and self-management (a.o. with tools such as Insights Discovery)
  • personal and leadership development
  • selling yourself, networking and speaking in public
  • time- &stressmanagement;                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                           Growing your interpersonal/communicative skills                                                  We’ll develop more respect for the other party with trainings on topics such as: 
  • the essentials of people- & teammanagement
  • the use of inclusive communication-techniques to better understand the needs of the other party (in favour of progress in sales, negotiation, recruitment, HR,…)
  • the use of assertive communication-techniques and feedback-tools to get better at sharing information/opinions, with respect for the other party 
  • the use of Insights as a tool for better communication/connection with others 
  • techniques for building trust/connection and for solving conflicts;                                                                                                                                                                             Growing your connection with society                                                                              We’ll develop more respect for our society/planet with trainings on corporate social responsibility and the inclusion of the Sustainable Development Goals in our culture; Regarding this topic, I usually only guide teams in step 1: to reflect strategically on the future ahead; For the implementation of the process, I happily refer you to experts in the field;
