What do I offer?
INTERVISION
Do you want to learn from fellow professionals and/or colleagues in an organized, safe conversation?
In moments of intervision, I accompany structured conversations between 6 to 8 community- and/or team-members. The subject of the conversation? The subject is always a case about work/life brought in by one of the participants, accompanied by a question that summarizes the challenge. For example: ‘Help me define the ideal criteria regarding my next career step’. Or ‘Help me to take the right approach as a manager towards this team member, with that specific challenge’.
In a climate of safety, the peers share knowledge and help each other by sharing own experiences. Together, they gain insights by asking questions and sharing wisdom, contributing to a culture of cohesion and of collective intelligence.
Discovering common workplace challenges during our intervision moments with Sofie was eye-opening. It’s amazing how much we can learn from each other, thanks to Sofie’s neutral guidance. These structured, safe conversations made me share my professional challenges. Together with Sofie I managed to make a plan on how to tackle them. Sofie did not only guide me but she also made me feel heard and understood.
