As a team coach/facilitator I like to guide your team in its quest for more connection and effectiveness, feeding enthusiasm for coordinated action.
Starting from what already works and what the ideal picture of the future is, we’ll discover together how to take steps towards positive progress and improved collaboration. As a neutral guide, I’ll encourage your team to have daring conversations in a constructive way. We’ll be working in a safe context where we are connected with each other, analyzing the steps to move in the right direction.
Depending on the team and the needs, the duration and approach of the coaching/facilitation differs. Sometimes a short guidance by myself alone is sufficient, while at other times it makes sense to support your team for a longer period of time, also in the company of a second colleague.
